Dressing Up For An Afternoon Out.
Years ago when I was a single guy, I would see kids in department stores wearing ridiculous looking combinations of random clothing accessesories and costumes clearly chosen by the child and I remember thinking, "do those parents have any control of their children?" I don't think like that anymore.
